English theme song for 'Visit Mongolia-2003'

The Government of Mongolia has proclaimed 2003 as 'Year to Visit Mongolia,' in order to boost the
tourism industry and promote Mongolia abroad.
As a part of this campaign, MCS company designer, L.Dorj created a logo and theme song. The
logo symbolises the blue sky, a rising sun, the green wide steppe, Khangai mountain ranges and
a Mongolian ger (traditional dwelling). The logo title, "Inspiring Mongolia," and English song
words were written by the head of Mongolian Chamber for Commerce and Industry. Composer
B.Dolgion wrote the song's melody sung by well-known singers Ts.Sarantuya, L.Dashdondog,
T.Lkhagvasuren, N.Serchmaa, and B.Angirmaa.
A wide-range of measures are being undertaken to promote the image of Mongolia abroad.
Tourism representives are operating in Japan and South Korea. In the near future, Mongolia plans
to open similar organizations in Germany, Russia, UK, and China.
