Voluntary organizations fighting against drug addicts say that the increase of drug users gives rise to the public concern that it is conducive to the development of a dangerous social problem. Their annual studies show that in 1999 there were 45 persons who use drug or similar things per 1000 people, in 2000 the number increased to 55, in 2001 it was 53. The above mentioned voluntary organizations expressed deep concern about the potential increase of drug addicts in the country.
